Shamanic Journeying
Exploring the unseen through the rhythm of the drum.
Drawing on ancient shamanic traditions, journeying with the drum offers a way to explore the unconscious, seek guidance and discover new perspectives. Through this practice, we deepen our relationship with the inner world, allowing what lies beyond ordinary awareness to emerge into consciousness.
The Path of Ensoulment
An eight-week journey into the many parts of ourselves.
An exploration of our identities, protective patterns and the parts of ourselves we have come to identify with. Through compassionate inquiry and embodied awareness, we learn to recognise our triggers, honour what has shaped us and develop a more authentic relationship with all that we are.
The Path of the Medicine Wheel
An eight-week journey through the four directions, the elements and the story of our lives.
Drawing on the wisdom of the Medicine Wheel, we explore our biography, our relationship with Nature and the deeper patterns that shape our lives. Through embodied inquiry and the teachings of the four directions, we discover new ways of understanding ourselves within the interconnected web of life.
The Path of the Seer
Learning to listen to the living world.
An advanced journey into deeper relationship with Nature, the plants, the land, the winds, the elements and the cosmos. Building upon the awareness cultivated through the Path of Ensoulment and the Medicine Wheel, we deepen our capacity to listen, perceive and enter into conscious relationship with the living world.Prerequisites: completion of both the Path of Ensoulment and the Path of the Medicine Wheel.
Mentorship & The Path of Listening
Learning to listen more deeply to ourselves, others and life.
I mentor doctors, practitioners and individuals wishing to deepen their understanding of healing, embodied wisdom and the art of listening. Through inquiry, reflection and lived experience, we explore what it means to move beyond knowledge and technique, cultivating greater presence, trust and authenticity in ourselves and our work.
